Ramona Schmid

Bachelor of Science in Service Design (BSc), University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, Switzerland (2024)

Ramona Schmid has been supporting our team since June 2023. Prior to this, she worked for several years as a flight attendant at Swiss, gaining extensive experience in various areas of the tourism industry. During this time, not only did her enthusiasm for travel and discovering new cultures grow, but also her interest in customer-centric services.

Her interest in service design emerged from the realisation of how small optimisations can have a decisive impact on customer satisfaction. Driven by this passion, she chose to study “Service Innovation and Design” at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. Originally from the canton of Graubünden, she is also a keen winter sports enthusiast and enjoys relaxing in the mountains.

Roles and responsibilities

Ramona supports the team in the development of various tourism and UX-projects and is involved in marketing activities.
