Michael Hartmann

In September 2020, Michael Hartmann teamed up with Edgar Grämiger to acquire the consulting business of grischconsulta. He had previously been part of the grischconsulta team since August 2019, having gained experience in strategy consulting for start-ups, commercial and industrial companies, and IT project management. With his entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills, he has had a significant impact on grischconsulta in recent years.
Michael Hartmann works in the grischconsulta team as a senior consultant on a mandate basis and is a member of the board of directors.
Away from business models and strategy development, the former ski instructor draws energy and inspiration from hiking, climbing, biking, jogging/trail running, skiing, ski touring and cross-country skiing.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyses, evaluations and business plan calculations, development of strategies and master plans. Project management of consulting projects in the field of tourism and mountain ropeways.
