Gianluca Lepori, born in 1969, is a mechanical engineer UAS, ropeway specialist and Senior Project Manager. He served as Director of Téléovronnaz SA for 22 years. For seven of those years, he also managed the Ovronnaz tourism organisation as its delegated Director. He also worked for Téléverbier SA as Director of Sales, Marketing and Gastronomy.
Most recently, he played a key role in establishing the operating company VerticAlp Vallée du Trient SA and subsequently managed the company. It is jointly owned by TéléMarécottes SA (ski resort) and VerticAlp SA (Emosson excursion destination). In addition to his work at grischconsulta, he currently serves as Director of Mountain Operations at Glacier 3000.
Scope of responsibilities
Gianluca Lepori has been part of grischconsulta since August 2026. His area of expertise includes project management for consulting mandates in the field of mountain ropeways, traffic and transport.
